Eric is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of experience as a CFO, COO and board member. Eric has implemented, strengthened and lead the financial function for companies engaged in investment management, real estate, business services, consumer products, food production, and hospitality.
Eric possesses a comprehensive knowledge across all corporate finance, accounting, audit, tax and financial reporting functions. He has extensive experience in structuring and closing equity, debt, merger, acquisition and lease transactions.
In the role of entrepreneur, Eric has successfully launched several start-ups including TechSpace, The Core Club and Workhouse NYC. He is experienced at developing business plans and financial models, raising capital from angel investors and institutions, recruiting and managing teams as large as 240, and implementing robust financial and accounting systems.
Eric received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The College of William & Mary and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business where he was a member of the Dean’s List and a Teaching Assistant.
